Store Policies

- We will be happy to accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Please contact us at hello@goldyknots.com to initiate your return.

ALL items ending in $.50 are final sale. Orders using discounts codes 25% off or above are also final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Refunds will be issued by store credit only.

- Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

- Goldyknots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

- We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

- Any packages sent without proper postage will not be accepted.

- If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. After 5 days, Goldyknots can no longer be held responsible. We will send you a return label to send the item back. You must contact us before returning a damaged item.

- If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. If we are unable to make contact with you, we will assess a 20% restocking fee.

- We cannot change the shipping address, billing address, or payment method provided once an order has been placed. We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed as we ship very quickly.
